Last Updated: September 20, 2026 | Indian Jurisdiction
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering on Hidayara (hidayara.com), whether as a student, parent, or tutor, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any specialized partner terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Hidayara platform.
2. Managed Assignment Model
Core Platform Workflow:
Hidayara operates a managed matching model. Rather than serving as an open directory where parents contact unverified strangers directly, Hidayara evaluates academic requirement forms, reviews syllabus needs, and assigns verified educators.
3. User Conduct & Obligations
- Users must provide accurate, truthful information during registration.
- Parents and students agree to maintain a safe, respectful home or online learning environment.
- Direct offline bypass agreements intended to evade platform coordination are strictly prohibited.
4. Service Fees & Escrow Protection
Hidayara collects a nominal ₹10 registration fee exclusively from tutor applicants to cover background document evaluation, video screening infrastructure, and placement queue entry. For parents and students, submitting tuition requirements and taking demo trial sessions is 100% FREE with zero registration fees. Regular hourly/monthly tuition fees agreed post-demo are managed via secure escrow release system based on conducted sessions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hidayara conducts thorough background checks on educators; however, parents are advised to maintain standard home supervision during tuition sessions. Hidayara shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party actions.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
